When I was very little I read The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and promptly decided it must be the best thing in the world. 1. Edmund chose it above ANYTHING. 2. it's called TURKISH DELIGHT. C'mon!
I was sorely disappointed a few years later when I finally got to try it. After actually going to Turkey and buying a large paper bag of assorted Turkish delight I have to say it was only a moderate improvement.
Moral: Don't trust Turkish Delight from TJ Max!! I'm not sure why that's the moral, but it is.
First thing - You are SO cute!! I actually watched that entire video without moving an inch from my seat!
I have not watched the movie or read the book but I'm going to take your word for it and get me a copy. Now let me Google the Turkish Delight recipe to know more, and please let me know how they turn out!
This is so much fun to see you on the video blog! Your cooking adventure is quite the trip! Since I've never had Turkish Delight I'm still learning something. Maybe you should not try a new recipe on April 1st. Hmmm! But the geletin still has potential. It doesn't look that bad!

Also, we get Rose water here readily, everywhere! We use the cooking variety on skin too, not much of a difference in the ingredients either!!
